I had to post about this book again, because it really has prompted quite a bit of thought since reading it.
From Ashes to Africa, written by our friends, Josh and Amy, has stirred my heart for the poor like nothing else ever has.
It's not just about adoption.
It's not just about relationships.
It's about humanity.
It's about helping others.
It's about looking outside of yourself.
So, if you have been touched by adoption...
If you are in a relationship (which is everyone who is reading this post because we are all in a relationship of some sort)...
If you want to feel moved...
If you want to be challenged...
...You should read this book.
But, if you want to keep doing what you're doing...
...and have nothing ever change...
...then don't read it...
...because it will change you...
...whether you like it or not.
