Do you do April Fools pranks? I'm not a fan. Mostly because I hate being pranked. The shock and surprise of it all just usually aren't very fun to be on the receiving end of, so I figure no reason to put any loved ones through any pranks. Abe's not a prankster either (thank the Lord!). It will be interesting to see what our kids come up with once they know of this glorious date in the calendar.
I do, however, wish the cell phone repair shop were playing a trick on me by saying my phone is completely broken and unfixable. But I'm sure April Fools pranks are not in their job description. "Tell them on April Fools that their phone doesn't work and when they come in to pay you the $10 for trying to fix it, tell them it was all a joke!!!". I wish!!! I'm not sure the current plan for a phone replacement yet. When you're spoiled with an iPhone, the thought of "downgrading" feels like a bummer, but when you're spoiled with an iPhone and know the cost of an iPhone, the last thing you want to do is spend money on another. Abe and I will be discussing this issue tonight. In the meantime, hopefully no one is trying to get a hold of me. It's somewhat freeing, however, every doctor, friend, and family member on the planet has my cell phone on record, so changing numbers is definitely a bummer too. Oh well, I'm learning that electronics are material possessions...and what do you know, I can actually live without it!!!
