The doctor said today:
- Dilated to a "good 4" (whatever "good" means).
- Her baby weight guess is 7 pounds 4 ounces (which is glorious because that means he is NOT ginormous...which works out well in the delivery area).
- She will not be out-of-town next week, which was a relief since I had thought she would be.
- She's letting me borrow her breast pump (I know, I have the COOLEST doctor ever!).
- She had two patients in the last 48 hours come to the hospital and deliver within two hours of arriving at the hospital...she wanted to know if I'm going to be the third. I hope so!
- As she left the room after my exam, she patted my belly and said "4 a.m.". Not sure if that was her guess for when he'll be born, but if it means 4 a.m. tonight, I'll take it!!
- She doesn't think he'll be late in his arrival...which means sometime within the next five days. I hope she's right!!!

Whoo-hoo! I am thinking of you all the time and anticipating your new baby as much as a second party can anticipate.
So excited and have butterflies in my stomach for you! I think the last few days is so exciting and nerve-racking!
She is the best doctor ever! I'm so glad you have such a great relationship with her. He will be here any minute!
