Pronunciation

Before Mira was born I didn't realize how often her name would be mispronounded. It happens all the time. So, I thought I would set the record straight in case anyone else is confused as well. It's not Myra it's Mira. Like mirror with an "a"...Mir-a...not My-ra. Make sense? Myra means bitterness and Mira means wonderful and worshipful. I would never name my child something that had a negative meaning. So, that's the deal...and that's all I have time for right now because my sweet Mira is getting fussy...
