Homemade Pumpkins

Yesterday Mira and I made the adorable little pumpkins sitting on the table beside her. I tried getting her to "pose" with the pumpkins but we clearly have not learned that term yet. However, at least she knows how to smile for pictures now, although it usually consists of her smiling really big and sticking her face into the camera (or in this case, my phone). (Thus the cheesy pic in my last post with the chocolate on her face. )

So for the purpose of sparing you a blurry picture, I choose this one of her guzzling her milk. How she loves her milk. I give her water sometimes and she likes that too (she especially likes when I get her a small lemon water from Sonic. She always says "mmmmm"). I think her favorite part about the water is the "ice" as she likes to say in her adorable little voice. She knows where the ice comes from and points and says "ice" to let me know she wants some ice water. She's then very proud of her ice and talks all about it. How-to for the pumpkins found here.

I can't believe it's already October! Mira is at such a fun age, I love that she can participate in crafts. I also enjoyed to story Abe posted on facebook about her shoes!
