The Bedding is In!

My mother-in-law just called and said she got our baby bedding! Woo hoo! Too bad she lives an hour and a half away! Darn ice on the roads, if I weren't iced in my house I would so be there to pick it up. All the weather men are calling it "Ice Storm 2007". I am definitely enjoying my comfy clothes and not having to go to work today. Abe didn't have to work either, so currently he is outside without a coat purposly sliding around on the ice and throwing ice chunks into the air. Boys. Ok, fine, I'll admit, if I weren't pregnant I would be doing the same thing! Actually, if I weren't pregnant I would probably be making plans to go sledding. That would be so fun! It is amazing how much more protective of yourself you are when there's a little bambino growing inside. Even Abe this morning was saying that if my office wasn't closed he didn't want me to go. He said if I weren't pregnant he wouldn't think twice about it, but now it's not worth the risk. Interesting how two lives suddenly become so much more important than one. I'm glad he thinks about those things. I didn't go anywhere yesterday either because I didn't want to risk being out on the slippery roads and sidewalks, plus the fact that it's freeeeezzzzziiiiinnnnnggggg. Oh, and don't worry about me getting the bedding (I know that's what you were all wondering this whole time). My MIL (short for mother-in-law for those of you not familiar with the blogging world) will be in town on Thursday and will bring it to us. Woo hoo! I will definitely post pictures once I get it!
